  • What is the maximum capacity for an event?
    Up to 200 people
  • Are there time restrictions for events?
    Yes and no. We can accommodate an early event or late event but all persons must be off the property by midnight.
  • Are there sound restrictions?
    No.
  • What do we get with the rental?
    The rental includes use of bank barn, cigar lounge, bridal suite, groom’s quarters, cocktail area, patios by stream, springhouse pavilion, outdoor ceremony location, Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning in all buildings, indoor restrooms in all buildings, fully restored 1940 Dodge Pickup for photos, Use of property from 8am until midnight day of your wedding for bridal party, 1-hour scheduled rehearsal time for on site ceremonies, Use of property for engagement photo session, ceremony chairs set-up and breakdown, reception tables and chairs set up per your floor plan, valet parking, unlimited scheduled appointments to visit with family, friends, vendors, etc. in preparation for your wedding, venue manager for the day (assists with vendor delivery, greets guests, available for questions/concerns).
  • Do you offer overnight accommodations?
    No. We list three hotels on our preferred vendors list, two of which will shuttle back and forth to our venue.
  • Are we able to bring our own caterer or do we have to use one from the preferred vendor list?
    Yes, you can bring your own caterer or use a caterer from our preferred vendors list. If bringing your own caterer we would require they visit the site once before the wedding to familiarize themselves with the venue.
  • Do you have an outside ceremony site? What if it rains?
    Yes. We have 3 different locations to choose from for outside ceremonies. If the weather doesn’t cooperate the bank barn can be set up for the ceremony in front of our beautiful stone fireplace.
  • Do we need to rent tables/chairs for ceremony/reception?
    No. We will provide them.
  • Do you provide linens?
    No. If you choose your own caterer please be sure they are a full service caterer who includes linens/dishware/flatware, etc.
  • Is there heating/air conditioning in the barn?
    All buildings have heating and air conditioning.
  • Will someone from your venue be present during our event?
    Yes. We will be there to assist with any vendor deliveries, set up/breakdown ceremony site, be available all day for any questions/concerns.
  • How many cars can park on site?
    There are 120 parking spaces in the parking lot behind the bank barn and 5 handicap spaces next to the barn.
  • Is smoking permitted?
    Smoking is permitted on the deck of the cigar lounge, on the dam patio area and in the Springhouse Pavilion. Ashtrays will be provided and must be used. Cigarette and cigar butts cannot be thrown on the patio, grass or in dams. Smoking will be permitted in the cigar lounge too as long as the air circulation keeps it from becoming too smokey.
  • Can I come to the property with my vendor(s) (caterer, photographer, etc.), friends and family before my wedding so they can see the space?"
    Yes. We encourage you to bring your vendors to the space so they become familiar with it so we allow unlimited scheduled visits.
